Natasha Koncul!
CONGRATULATIONS are in order for our January Employee of the Month: Natasha Koncul!
Natasha receives this recognition for her exceptional dedication to implementing our five CIS core values: accountability, passion, teamwork, adaptability, and collaboration. She is our Site Coordinator at Glynn Middle School, and her program managers say Natasha is a consistent source of positivity for students, families, and staff of Glynn Middle and CIS. She never hesitates to offer her support or guidance to anyone.
When asked what Natasha loved about working with CIS, she said, "The best part of working for CIS is our students. I enjoy seeing them students grow! Those little seeds of care, love and trust do grow."
AND she recently went skydiving, jumping , feet above the California coast. She not only challenges her own fears, but helps her students to conquer theirs.
We are blessed to have Natasha on our team! Please help us in congratulating Natasha and thank her for going #AllinforKids for our CIS students at GMS!

Communities In Schools of Glynn County is an affiliate of the nation’s largest dropout prevention organization.
By bringing caring adults into schools to address children’s unmet needs, CIS provides the link between educators and the community. The result: teachers are free to teach, and students, many in jeopardy of dropping out, have the opportunity to focus on learning.
Communities In Schools of Glynn County works hard to ensure that every child receives these “Five Basics”:
A one-on-one relationship with a caring adult
A safe place to learn and grow
A healthy start and a healthy future
A marketable skill to use upon graduation
A chance to give back to peers and community
